We also record basic technical context with quote requests — the page you submitted from, the referring website, and campaign tags (UTM parameters) if you arrived from an advert or link.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, discuss the job, arrange and provide a quote, and carry out work you ask us to do. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it's stored
Quote requests are stored securely in our website's private database. Photos you attach are stored in private storage that is not publicly accessible. Access is limited to the people who need it to deal with your enquiry.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows from it. If you'd like your details removed, contact us and we'll delete them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
